Basic Austro-Russian army for Shako 1805

This is based on a combination of the two army lists.

4 Grenadiers, 17 Infantry, 5 Lights, 2 Heavy cavalry, 3 Light cavalry (2 cossacks instead of 1 light)

Guns Heavy 2:37, Horse 1:21, Russian foot 1:7, Austrian foot 1:10

Ratios added and then halved for heavy and horse. Treat foot guns as per the number of units of that nation.

(With 1 bonus selection or if attacking, army will have 2 heavy, 1 horse, and 4 foot guns.)

Infantry

Grenadiers can be formed into their own division.

Regulars

Austrian units 12 figure +1 to number of kills they can take. No skirmishers.

Austrian Regulars and Grenadiers may form a battalion masses. Negates cavalry wider bonus moves 6" turn otherwise as column.

Russian units 9 figure. 1 Skirmisher per 6 stands of regulars. Russian regulars may not move and fire. Russian regulars may not change formation and fire.

Formed Russian regulars designated as defenders at the start of a scenario have one extra breakpoint.

Lights
Either Russian Jaeger or Austrian Grenzer.

At least 2 of each type to be taken. Formed Grenzers fight as second rate, only half the Jaeger can deploy as skirmishers.

Cavalry

Divisions containing Austrians can be no larger than 4 regiments. Russian divisions up to 6 regiments.

Guns

Russian guns rolling a 1 may not move or fire the next turn.

If attacking add 20% more infantry to above force.
